Here’s What to Expect During Your Visit:

Browse at Your Leisure: You and your guests are welcome to browse the racks and select dresses. Please keep your party together.

Assistance with Unwanted Dresses: A return to rack rack is available for dresses you decide against. Our voluteers are happy to assist with removing unwanted dresses from your fitting area.

Trying on Dresses: Brides are encouraged to bring a guest to assist with trying on dresses. Our volunteers can help with zipping and clipping upon request. Stylists are volunteers not seamstresses.

Making Your Selections: Brides typically have time to try on up to 10-12 dresses during a 60-minute reservation, Use your best judgment to select dresses that appeal to you. Be watchful of analysis paralysis stop when you are in love or if you become overwhelmed.

Found "The One?" Congratulations! Our gowns are sold off-the-rack, so you can take your perfect dress home the same day. We accept all major credit cards and cash payments (no checks). All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges are offered. Cash is the prefrred payment method (we like to skip the transaction fees so we can make our money go further with the charities)

What to Wear

Bring your shapewear and/ or strapless bra (multiple cut lines are advised if you have them) We do have some available but ca not guarantee your size is available.
Bring shoes with the heel height you hope to wear in your wedding day
Bring a hair tie or clip

Guest Policy

Brides may bring up to 3 guests (Bride + 3).
Guests cannot be switched out during the appointment.
Our fitting room area is a shared space, men have to remain outside the fitting room area.
No children, including babies.

Additional Guidelines

No food or drinks are allowed, water is available.

Payment and Extras

All major credit cards and cash are accepted. We do not accept checks. Our preferred payment type is cash.
A breathable garment bags are available for $10, or a clear plastic drycleaner type bag is provided with gown purchase.
